How To Make LED Tester
In today's video we will learn how to make a simple LED tester.
People usually make 220 volt LED testers which is very dangerous. This tester has a transformer that prevents you from getting an electric shock.
This is a very secure tester. And with it, you can test any kind of LED.

U can test start to half strip or single led, otherwise u have to use higher transformer 60v

hello sir,,,, can you make a video,,,,,a backlight tester using a circuit of long tube light bulb ,, thank you
so i understand that the voltage range is 3to 32v? how can i make with higher voltage range? what about amp? how i control the current so is this setup can work with powerful led 30w or higher? i need to build one that i can use it to test single leds or strip with any voltage upto 100v for example and i will install voltmeter and amp meter to know the voltage and current suitable for the led is it possible?

It's impossible. The power of your present PS is 12*2=24W. Whereas you ask 14*20=280W. It looks like to hope a child 5 years old to carry a 100kg weight. You should buy a more powerful PS. Sorry, this section is Turkish: Sonradan farkettim, soru soranın adı Türk olduğunu kanıtlıyordu. Herneyse, yukarıdaki lafın özeti 3 kuruşa 5 köfte olmaz. @@asifshahsyed422 sure. that resistors limits load current but under constant voltage. according to differences of the work or test, you can use vary values. if the R is big so the current goes lower and R is less, current is much more than first one. i always prefer less current not to break down something

But the transformer I bought is 18-0-18 Volts and not like your 12-0-12 Volts transformer. Question: do I always keep the same values -capacitors (50V, 1000 microfarads)? - the 2 resistors (2×330 ohm)? Thank you to answer me to start testing my LED.

Why use resisters?you use 12-0-12 .bridge that means 24v coming .that time you use resisters drop the voltage .how to check led lights and black lights ? Not show perfectly.

Any white led draws 20mA maximum but this ps you build, can give 45 mA current at 34V (ideally 24Vac transformer gives 24*1.41=33.8Vdc) output and with totally 660 ohm serial resistors that this current is harmful for ordinary single led.
Good evening Mr. Tariq Thank you, I have already built an LED tester of this type, it works properly, however I still have a few questions: 1- Is it possible to get rid of the capacitor? If not, what is its role in this LED test? 2- Since we used a diode bridge which rectifies the alternating current into direct current, why then use a transformer since the diode bridge is enough when we can weld two diacs between the positive and negative terminals of the diode bridge. Resistor will drop voltage and amps, all led tv use 90 to 180v for 32v led strip how??? If u see led tv circuit u can see a set of resistors using same method. Open a led bulb disconnect leds and check voltage.

он не предназначен для постоянного использования, только для проверки, работает он или нет. резисторы снижают напряжение и силу тока, чтобы можно было тестировать светодиодную ленту от 1,8 до 30 В.
