Eg:- When 50 LEDs are checked , voltage in the power supply will be 150-160 . This voltage is likely to remain charged on the output capacitor (2.2 uf ) . Then if this is connected to 10 LEDs the charging voltage on the capacitor will enter the LEDs and they will fuse . 1) If this power supply is used for testing purpose a resistor (1M -1/4W ) should be connected in parallel to the out put capacitor 2.2 uf . 2) Do not connect the LEDs while the power supply is on . 3) After making sure that the LEDs are connected to the power supply, turn on the supply 4) Remember the output of this power supply is high when no load is connected Thank you

This same power supply is enough for 80 led mala. But if the LED is a higher watts the brightness in the LED will be less. So if you are using a high watts LED, you have to change the capacitor and resistance in the power supply. Change in this order- Capacitor - 105K or 225k instead of 474k Resistance- 100 ohm 1W instead of 220 ohm 1W
