Sono italiana ed è uno dei rarissimi stranieri che fa le lasagne alla bolognese come vanno fatte!!!
I would recommend making it thicker and put it at 220C for 23 minutes 😇

It’s usually mozzarella cheese but it can be any cheese blend you like, like a mixture of mozzarella with cheddar etc. but if you’re unsure just stick mozzarella
Id recommend putting it on 550 celcius for abt 99 hours Then itll be safe enough to eat

That's not a proper lasagne. Never put ricotta cheese into your lasagne. And no balsamic vinegar, use wine instead. And where's your pancetta? Why didn't you season your bechamel sauce?
