Pro tips on pa jeon. Instead of using full length green onions, you can chop it in 2 inch size. It's less pretty but its easier to eat & serve and you get more balanced bite. Also add 2 inch julienned onion, zucchini and carrots into mix or just place on pa jeon like how this producer did with seafood for more proper pa jeon experience. I believe good jeon should have beautiful golden color and crispy edges. So when it's almost done cooking, rise up the heat so exterior is all golden crispy. Happy pa jeon, everyone!

@@florenceryu8648 유럽 쪽이나 외각에 사는 사람들은 고추장만 구해도 다행이죠. 게다가 외국인들에게 입맛에 맞는지도 모르는 소스를 무턱대고 여러 종류로 구비하라고 하는 것도 좀 부담되구요. 간장 소스에 고춧가루 빠진건 아쉽긴 한데 매운거에 굉장히 예민한 외국 사람들도 많으니..🤔
