HOW TO MAKE JAPANESE FRIED RICE | Hibachi Style

Ingredients
4 tablespoon Butter
½ cup Onion (cut into 1 inch cubes)
2 teaspoon Garlic (chopped)
¼ cup Peas
¼ cup Carrots (cubed)
2 Eggs
4 cups Cooked Rice
Salt (to taste)
½ teaspoon Pepper (black or white)
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce (more if needed)
1 tablespoon Roasted Sesame Oil
Instructions
1. Heat a wok/pan until it is very hot. Add butter in a wok/pan.
2. Add onion and garlic and fry for a minute.
3. Now add peas and carrots and saute for a minute.
4. Push the veggies on the side.
5. Add whisked eggs in the wok and scramble them.
6. Mix the scrambled eggs with the veggies.
7. Add cooked rice, salt, pepper, soy sauce and toasted sesame oil and toss well.
