I have a feeling you are Trini anyways even if in Wakanda ppl call it fish porridge that's their thing and if they put rat tail in it that's their thing and am sure some will add their own twist to it as everyone else around the world.

i bought some grouper and snapper heads, yeah they both had bones but the grouper had way less. it was a big head too.. i just get through picking out the thousands of bones after pre boiling the fish. hardly any meat lef eena di pot. next time i will get fillets. much easier, although the fish heads were super cheap.. 1.69 a lb.

your recipes are great and traditional! but be careful with your editing. You end the jump cuts too abruptly and cut off the last few words of your sentences all the time. A considerable amount of what you're saying is unfortunately cut off
