I love nya but the potential for zane was a bit forgotten. He could have been a more knowledgeable fighter who lives in the north with a big coat on. Cole doesn’t really fit its spot but it looks cool

Honestly, as a Ninjago fan myself, I can say these figures are very good and could defintiely be used in some kind of alternate universe where ninja never existed and the main cast become these fantasy medieval warriors.

I really like that jay figure as an armored knight! That is definitely my favorite!

I always wanted to make some fantasy minifigures but I usually don't have the parts but I do have alot of ninjago figs so great tutorial!!!

Not sure you understood the characters and their themes when making these, but they're pretty cool looking on their own!

This is such a cool idea, you should do other alternate versions of the ninja like this

I would definitely have made Jay as a jester. :)

Honestly this would be a sick Season Concept with the Ninja finding or going to alt universes with them either as Knights or Gods or even more modern soldiers

Jay's my favorite character and i think you did him good, but, i think cole should've been the tank of the group, and kai be the guy who's willing to do the illeagal an dirty work, and then jay would be the dragon rider since in the series he actually won the dragon-riding competitions held at the monastery alot, but still an overall good vid 👍😊 (and i aslo wish you would've kept nia's vlack hair color, and keep loyd and garmadon related)

I reckon cole could be considered a ronin since like you said he does not always do right things.

I love the green clicked archer. I’d have to find that headpiece.

Ninjago itselves feels like a hodge-podge of japanese and chinese(and orients) culture-elements to begin with. so to speak, it's literally chimera, or chaos. this video is quite wonderful one, that shows sophistication by eliminating "noises" from the chimera fantasy, your ingenuity is really commendable.

I even made some Nexo Knights minifigure from Lego Ninjago

I like Loyd,Nya and Cole

imo kai should have had a claymore or a broadsword, it fits him way better, and taking away wu's beard is completely insane, u can order one off beicklink for maybe a dollar edit: jay being a beefy, tanky, damage sponge doesnt fit his character at all, as he is the master of lightning maybe jay could have been a light, quick, and agile character with chainmail armor to minimize the weight of his gear, with either a chain mace cole should have been a tanky damage sponge paladin, and lloyd was the samurai assasin dude, it fits their characters a lot better with zane being the archer ofc
