How to make insanely delicious Big Mac Dumplings | Leo Cooks Things
Welcome everyone! Today I'm going to show you how to make Big Mac Dumplings. You're going to want to make a whole bunch of these because they're addictive.
Here's what you'll need:
Sauce:
-1/2 cup Ketchup
-1/4 cup mayo
-2 tsp warcestersheire sauce
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp smoked paprika
-Pinch of salt
-Fresh cracked pepper
-Splash of your fav hot sauce (Link to my fav is below)
Mix all of these ingredients to make your sauce.
Dumplings:
-2 cups Ground beef
-1 tbsp ketchup
-2 tsp yellow mustard
-1 tsp warcestershired sauce
-Pinch of salt
-Pinch of MSG
-Fresh cracked pepper
-1 or 2 pickles finely diced
-couple slices american cheese
-Dumpling Wrappers
Start by cooking your beef, then toss all the other ingredients except the pickles and cheese into the meat. Mix well. Once cooked, Spoon a little bit of the beef along with a bit of cheese and pickles into the dumpling wrapper, seal it up, and then pan fry them in a bit of canola oil until they get crispy.
Garnish with shredded iceberg, sesame seeds, gochugaru, fried shallots, and some of that beautiful sauce. Enjoy!
