This is so much fun to do. I have been playing with a range of flavors and it's been a great time. Only warning is not to use pineapple juice. Bromelain in the juice prevents the gelatin from setting.

Fun fact: heating fresh pineapple to a temp of 158F (70C) or greater kills the Bromelain making it safe for gelatin. One would think it would do the same to pineapple juice. Best of luck!
Add the honey as the very last thing, like after the mixture is cooled. Honey should never be heated to high temptress, it kills its healthy enzimes

@@BenSimaNo, bro was correct. If you plan on correcting people, don't correct a slang word with another slang iteration of the same word.
Wow, that's an excellent idea! I never thought of making them at home, but they don't look so complicated! 😁
Adorable!!! And so healthy too yumm! I love gummy bears and can’t wait to make these 😍😍😋😋
I used a turkey baster to put the juice in the molds!
Beautiful 💕🥹 congratulations 🎉!!
Too cute !!!
You’re my hero!!! ☺️
Hey do these melt again if we keep it outside at room temperature
I have a sprinkle question! When i made a layered cake and used your buttercream recipe, i tried adding frosting at the bottom half of the cake and the frosting went everywhere and kept sticking to my hands every time i tried to press them on. What do i do? I watched all your video's trying to make my first cake experiment for my daughters birthday and it was delicious. Just trying to perfect my technique first lol
Does the batter need to be hot for piping? Or can it be cooled down? I am asking bc I’m trying to make something with a heat sensitive ingredient
How long this healthy gummy bear will still fresh at room temperature? 6 month? No need preservative?
VERY Nice 😍 I must try this!
Awesome!!! Can you use any liquid? I wanted to add like vitamins or something healthy to them! Thanks so much!

you can practically use any liquid, also you can add vitamins, tea concentrates.
What is the best way to store the gummy’s?
New sub But is stevia compulsory
I wonder id I could make this with frozen fruit blended in a vitamix instead of juice.
Wow! 😍 how long do these last? I can’t wait to try these for my kid!

They last for 1 week i think
The 1tbsp of gelatin to 1 tbsp of water isn’t working for me. There isn’t enough water to dissolve the gelatin, and I end up with lumpy powdery mixture. Am I doing something wrong?
Hey, thanks for the recipe, do you maybe have a tip on how to make them a bit more chewy?
@cadencecaptures3368

I wonder if cornstarch would help with chewiness?

@@cadencecaptures3368 Sorbitol will give them store like texture and you need a preservative for shelf life like potassium sorbate. don't use citric juices, instead opt for grape or apple
Thank you ! How do I preserve the gummies ? At least for week or more if possible? Thanks

Leftover gummies can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. I got this from her website below the video.
Hi there thanks for recipe do u need to store them in the Fridge, what is shelf life
How does the texture be spongy than easily breakable with these limited ingredients? I mean i made gelatin with juice but the texture isnt gummy bear like candy that is squeezable but when you press it like gelation your finger goes through or damage the gelatin

I heard if you let it set longer, like over night, it will get to the rubber, elastic texture you're looking for. I have to try it myself
Ty so much for the recipe!! Does Beef Gelatin work for this recipe?

Yes it does. I get the grass fed which is supposed to be healthier. Ordered it on Amazon.
Has anyone tried doing the gummy bears with natural orange juice?
Wow yummy nice 👌 👍 😍 😋
Can you recommend any healthy food preservative?

Well now I know who stole something from my house because even as a pastor they have no moral turpitude thanks. The only person that has brought stevia into my house. I remember everything.

How do they taste like compared to the store bought gummy bears? Are they soft, chewy, more on the hard side? 😋 Can't wait to try this!

not desirable, best to add a mould inhibitor like potassium sorbate for prolonged shelf-life

Those gummy bears are not healthy because fruit juice is not helathy

Kosher gelatin ? Because most gelatin is made with pork that’s not healthy.
@lorenrenee1

You can use kosher gelatin which is marine gelatin there is nothing inherently bad about gelatin derived from pork since gelatin is gelatin The aspects of pork that are normally undesirable are additives like salt and nitrates

Start with a healthy juice and substitute any sweetener with monk fruit sugar. It’s still healthier recipe.

Your two largest organ is your skin and your fascia are comprised almost entirely of gelatin gelatin is very healthy especially if you have leaky gut/ibs Or joint issues
For an even healthier option, don’t use gelatine as that is from animals, use a vegan option instead and don’t use stevia, use Xylitol because it is natural and very good for your teeth and general oral wellbeing.

There is nothing unhealthy about gelatin your facia and skin the 2 largest organs of your body Are composed almost entirely of gelatin. The fruit juice adds some nice flavor, but the gelatin is actually the thing that nourishes your body since it is too little fruit juice to actually supply you with vitamins.

It’s sad that most people believe the vegan diet is oh so healthy ( I was vegan for years before I did my research) when most products made for vegans contain so many horrible ingredients. Your body needs protein and fats take it back to the caveman diet / whole food diet or better keto. But on the plus side The nice part about this you can make your own fruit juice so you know there aren’t any added ingredients.

@@lorenrenee1if nutrition is your concern, vegan gelatin alternatives are also very rich in vitamins. They are at least as healthy as gelatin, if not more so. However, I think if you're focusing on the substantive nutrition of these gummies, you're missing the point of making it healthy. These are candy. Its good to limit the bad things that can be involved in candy, but these are not for nourishing your body, they're for nourishing your soul. If you're getting a substantial amount of nutrition from gummies, something is going wrong.
