Sheela Shethia 1 tbsp of vinegar and 1 tsp baking soda can replace one large egg. Don’t overdo the vinegar!

I personally really like the music because I’m a trombone player (which is what most of the melody is played by) and I’m in the jazz band/marching band! Also trombones are always a forgotten instrument so it makes me happy that they chose this music.
