I presume you know that eating raw unprocessed foods was a huge contributing factor in reversing your cancer, and that blending or juicing fruits and vegetables basically turns them into very tasty junk food. So how can you conscionably use your status as a cancer survivor on a link to sell blenders? And I'm sure many would appreciate your work on citrus deodorant, but you fail to tell people that a raw food diet will eliminate their body odor all together after they detoxify.

@@jamescampbell4751 Every part of your gut has a function in extracting nutrients from the food, from your mouth to the colon. The fibers and structure of the food are essential in the timing of the distribution of nutrients, and maintaining the chemical balance of the food itself while it travels through the various digestive chambers within your body.

@@jamescampbell4751 How can I get the proper nutrients to my lower guts where things like amino-acid extraction occur if they've been chemically changed, or no longer have the structural capacity to stave off processes like oxidation? You could liken it to something like putting sand in a rock tumbler where gravity and the structure of the stone itself are vital to how it interacts with the machine. Fiber is the quintessential pre-biotic, a lot of folks think that it just helps your poop form well, and that it acts as some kind of flanged cleaning apparatus as a whole. Your gut uses it to underlay and found habitation for your gut's microbiome. You can't just replace this stuff with Metamucil. So no, honestly, I don't think citing fiber and sugar spiking should be my argument. Fiber and sugar spiking are always cited, and roll off the ears. I think the most effective argument against blenders would be imparting in some way that the food and your gut have evolved with such complexity that you can't just ultra-chew it in a blender and expect even similar results.
