Update: its been a year, still on the grind for learning production. Gotten much better, this video is still great but I can finally kinda understand stuff. For your bass here you want way more mids and highs presence to get the grit s3rl has (I recommend multiband saturation and hard compression). Your mix is also way too clean, s3rl is not a muddy producer but he isn't squeaky clean. The upper frequencies should be more populated and blend together. Percussion also sounds too dry imo. As I said though, still an excellent vid for a beginner to learn on 👍

Ayy that’s great ! Let’s go 🔥 yes definitely. You can get a small one (Akai or Novation FLkey which is made for fl studio- I’ll post a video about it in the next days!) or a larger one but having something that doesn’t take too much room on your desk is definitely a plus for try presets, samples etc by just pressing a key). Let me know if you need further advice! And of course: happy producing to you 🥳🔥🙌
