I like these with the crosiant cooked first then sliced in half and place the ham and Swiss like a sandwich.. this is the ultimate.. make sure to use honey ham. when you cook it together it changes the flavor of the crossant that you spend a whole day preparing and it doesn't rise and puff adequately.. its just way better the other way IMO

Looks soooo good! I want to try and make these at home for a quick grab and go breakfast every morning! I wonder if it would still be good if you just stuck them in the air fryer quickly so they're hot or if that would ruin them and the oven would be a better bet.

For reheating, the air fryer would work great! Get that crispiness back and the cheese melty! And you can keep them in the fridge in the meantime. :-)

The sound was not good, so I really couldn't hear much, but got the idea by watching.

What kind of cheese is that? And can you let me know what you scooped in with the ice cream scoop? I couldn't make it out in the video

its a Bechamel Sauce basically butter flour and milk chilled and scooped and the cheese is swiss or gruyere

Why do people have to play background music when making videos 📹? It's not necessary and it's very loud and annoying, causing you to talk loud and there's also another unnecessary noise in the background. This video is a turnoff because of the music and the loud noise of her voice. Learn to make better videos!
