Love the way you say gwayva 😀. I like guava juice but find the most difficult part is straining it. Takes about 3 straining to get enough grit out to make it palatable for drinking

The pulp and seeds has most of the fiber so straining it removes a lot of the fiber. Excellent video regardless, looks delicious.

You can sometimes get guava from Walmart

I'm in the Northeast United States, guava fruit is nearly $3.50 a pound or $7 per KG at the lower end, whereas a liter if guava juice is $2-$3.50

The guava I have are white inside

Use raw brown sugar from sugar cane healthier

I had banana in mind no sugar
