In this video, let's see about the making of Grill chicken / Grill chicken Recipe in oven in Tamil

Ingredients:
Chicken - 1600kg
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 2 Tbsp
Coriander powder- 2 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 TSP
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Lemon - 1
Butter - 4tbsp
Salt
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Oven timing:
MICROWAVE+GRILL function for 20 minutes
Invert chicken for 10 minutes once.
Repeat: MICROWAVE+GRILL function for 20 minutes
Invert chicken for 10 minutes once.
Press GRILL function. Time 10 minutes (to give brown top).
Total 50 minutes.
