Alternate for goat milk powder?

I just found your channel and I love it :). I will definitely be a loyal watcher! Quick question for you. Up to what percentage of additives can I add to the bar once I melt and pour it? I currently use a pre-made goat milk soap base and I can use up to 5% additives of the total weight of the soap. If I add more than this I have to use my own preservative.

ok...agar aisi problm horahi hai...add 20gms more propylene glycol while making this soap base....
