I’m using cardstock paper with pvc pipe and concrete for stem and base.

Can you tell what size ball used and about how many wired flowers for each dandelion?

It’s a 6 inch ball, linked below the video and I added about 50 per dandelion but you could add more or less depending on how full you want it.

The pipe is 3/4 width and variety from 4ft-7ft tall. The styrofoam ball is 5 inches

Looks like we should cut a hole 🕳 in the styrofoam and put it on the stem. Number of white flowers 🌸 probably up to us ❤

What is the sand for? Didn’t get it

So my guess is that she fills the PVC pipe with hot sand and slightly curves the pipe between some chairs or whatever you’d like to use so the pipe is not just a straight pipe but curved and looks more like a stem…naturally curved.

The hot sand probably heats up the pvc pipe enough to make it bendable. It’s how the pipes ended up with those curves

Filling the pipe with sand before bending it keeps the pipe from collapsing and pinching off during the bending.

I'm not sure what you DoD to make the flower material. It was so fast and I don't have anyway to copy in any way the flower material. Any other way to do that??

She’s not very efficient at answering questions. I’d love to know how I could make it for outdoors.

This is made with paper so it can’t be permanently for outdoors but it could work for events.

Have you considered tyvek rather than paper? The rest seems pretty indestructible. Maybe just a rubber ball rather than styrofoam.
