This is a fantastic costume. The only thing I'm having an issue with is if/how you can actually walk in this. I made one a few years ago for DragonCon using cardboard, but walking turned out to be an issue in early concepts. I ended up need to get rid of the middle half-circle between the legs and I had to shorten the legs a bit so my feet stuck out from beneath the legoman foot just so I could actually move about.

It's fairly simple. He probably detached the legs, put them on, then attached them back to the torso part.

I've made a cardboard Spartan hoplite, Mandalorian, and Witch King of Angmar. Wearing cardboard, you get really hot. I live in Jakarta, so a full-body Lego man costume would be like a sweat suit.
