Забавно еще то что вначале давайте разматаем лист зеркальной нержи прямо на пол с песком и будем по нему ходить а потом еще и детали этой хераборы при производстве будем по полу елозить чтобы максимально исцарапать ну а потом специальный человек все это полирует на кругу...

Look at it from a different perspective. Labour is cheap so the unit cost to produce a part is low with skilled hands. If the cost of labour increases then it becomes cost effective to use machines and remove the skill component. This is what we call the middle income trap. At some point skills and machinery dictate this job will move to the next low cost country where you don't need expensive machines or labour

Well i live in 3rd world country and in my country there's the iso standard stuff make in big factory with international brand recognition and there's also this kind of stuff the home industry stuff, iso standard stuff usually used for households and industrial use and the home industry stuff usually use for street food vendor, because usually they can be custom made to the user preference, but that's in my country and i don't know the condition in the country where this video is taken

@@barmutah I live in Canada and you can get just about anything here built to any standard ISO is more of a branding exercise. Rules are made by rich people and the costs are paid by the working people.

У меня на даче до сих пор такая же только электро. Разобрал чтоб помыть и тэны поменять, так потом пол дня посадочные отверстия совмещал🤣 При разборке же она просто раскрылась как Дюймовочка!

Allerdings der Anspruch an Sauberkeit, Arbeitsschutz, effiziente Organisation, Elektroinstallation, tut mir Leid, aber da bekomme ich Bluthochdruck und erhöhten Puls. Weil das, geht auch in der 3. Same here, I can understand all their other workmanship misfires, but how could anyone even think of walking over polished sheets like this, with their footwear and the mud in it scratching the finish. Even the worst workman would cringe at that.

@@perfekt526 It's more about attention one gives to their workpiece than about the time over finishing. No one would like to buy a scratched new product, no matter that it functions impeccably.

Now I know where all the stainless steel SpaceX uses when they disassemble a starship. So pretty and shiny. That guy is with the manual shears is very good. They turn out a really nice stove and their customers don't have to worry about it rusting. 👍

That polishing is ‘rework’, just sweeping the floor in initial cutting could prevent that. Working off the ground would prevent a lot more scratching, dirt and grime in the proces. By the way, with those ‘stocks’ hanging around I would stop production and empty out (unless it ships by the lorry). It is a nice product though given the effort. There, you have it, a compliment!

These ingenious men could show us a thing or two.
