Charlie, these look delicious! I ordered some chocolate extract off Amazon today, because I don't think it would be easy to find at any regular grocery store. My question is about the extremely brief baking time. I know fudge brownies should be rather underbaked, but at 15 mins, I'm concerned they'll be wet and raw in the center. Yours certainly weren't though. However, my oven is rather old. Can they be baked for closer to 30 minutes if they come out extremely underdone? I'd appreciate your feedback. Thanks so much!!! 😊
