once you keep it in the refrigerator for atleast half an hour! It will become a little hard and after frying, it will become crispy!! its better to keep it in the refrigerator 🙂

The badest fries I ever seen. Wrong recipe! Dont cook it in the water, fry it in oil a little bit and then put it in the fridge and then fry it to gold brown again!
