Great video on making a very simple energy producing biogas plant. I love everything to do with biogas and digesters. I would love to beable to heat my house in the winter with biogas.

I cant see how those blue drums will be able to maintain a positive pressure with all the open pipes and holes for the gas to leak out and invite all flies and hummers to have a good party over there.

Must be air tight to collect gas.. GREAT IDEA but will work..any disposible waste including grass leaves creates gas

The white pipe is located at the bottom of the dam. And the dam is 75% full of waste and water. Since there is liquid at the other end of the pipe, there is no possibility of gas escaping through the pipe.

One problem the first barrel will also produce gas and the only way for it to get to the second barrel is to push the liquid level in the first barrel down to the outlet pipe to cross over to the second barrel therefore loosing half the capacity of the first barrel need to have a gas connection on both barrel's

How come this would work if the inlet of the first barrel is open, I think there would be leakage thats gonna happen. And don't tell me that the methane produced will directly flow to the other barrel. There is some flaws in your digested mate.
