This is half the truth. The video shows the limits of a pressure differential siphon. A siphon can also work in a vacuum where there is no pressure differential. In that case it works because of the cohesive forces in the liquid. The amount of liquid/cohesive forces in the outlet must be greater than the amount of liquid/cohesive forces in the inlet. The outlet pipe size is critical. The outlet must be at least 3 times larger.

You have to have a vacume inside the bottle couse when the water comes out of the first tube air will be gone so the other one gets water and air so it keeps reapeting

Theoretically it should work. The vacuum created by the outflowing water should suck up water through the intake to replace the water flowing out. Is the connection of the intake pipe & cap airtight? What if you were to reduce the height of the bottle by placing it sideways & priming the intake pipe with water?

A siphon can also work in a vacuum where there is no pressure differential. In that case it works because of the cohesive forces in the liquid. The amount of liquid/cohesive forces in the outlet must be greater than the amount of liquid/cohesive forces in the inlet. This is where the tank and outlet pipe size is critical. The outlet must be at least 3 times larger. There’s math and physics for calculating but this isn’t an appropriate forum. The working examples I’ve seen also include a standpipe which I believe is for eliminating air accumulation in the discharge pipe which would also compromise the outlet.
