A pancake (or hotcake, griddlecake, or flapjack, not to be confused with an oat bar flapjack) is a flat cake, often thin and round, prepared from a starch-based batter that may contain eggs, milk and butter and cooked on a hot surface such as a griddle or frying pan, often frying with oil or butter.
Fluffy Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
3/4 Sugar
4 Tbsp. Powdered Milk
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1 Egg
1 Tbsp. Oil
2 Cups Water
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix and combine well (Flour, Sugar, Powdered Milk, Baking Powder).
Pour in the (Water, Egg, Oil) and mix well with whisk or fork until fully combined.
Heat the non-stick pan on very low fire.
Grease the pan with cooking oil.
Scoop about ½ cup (not full) of Batter.
Pour in the Batter right in the middle of the pan.
Cook for 1 minute and 45 seconds to 2 minutes.
Turn and cook the other side for 20 to 30 seconds.
Done.
