Well, someone else in the comments mentioned how they were able to do the same thing using fake flowers. I imagine if you had glue or ribbon to hold the fake stems together, you could construct a crown. There are plenty of KZread tutorials that show how to make crowns out of fake flowers. Just check it out!

I did this but a red ant bitter me so hard bc it was on the flower

I didn’t have flowers so I had to use leaves 😂

A tip: NEVER use with wired flowers or something, it’s so hard to braid.

You take three flowers and braid the stems together. You can look up how to braid or just try to figure out by the video
