Hello, i don't know about paint measurement but 3kg of flour would be enough for 100 pieces . don't Also forget its depends on the size but normally 3kg would be enough . Thanks

That one depends on you, some people don't like the fried one because of oil so they prefer the baked one. Every body has their choice and reason.

Hello, for 250 pieces of fish rolls 7 and half kg of flour will do it but don't also forget that depends on the size but just normal fish rolls size 7 and half kg will be ok. Yes ooooo you can fry it a day before, no problem.
