⁠How to Make Fish Curry with khichdi ​⁠|مچھلی کا سالن اور کھچڑی بنانے کا طریقہ

Ingredients:
• Fish: 1 kg (cleaned and cut into pieces)
• Oil: 4 tablespoons
• Tomatoes: 3 (finely chopped)
• Garlic paste: 1 tablespoons
• Ginger paste: 1 tablespoon
• Fish Curry Masala
• Salt: to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Curry: In the same pan, add the remaining oil and heat it. Add chopped tomatos and sauté until Soft brown.
2. Add Spices: Add garlic and ginger paste, and sauté for another 2 minutes. Then, add tomatoes and cook until they become soft and oil starts to separate.
3. Make the Gravy: Add fish curry Masala Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
4. Combine Fish and Gravy and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.
serve hot with rice or roti.
Khichdi
Ingredients:
• Rice: 1 cup
• Moong dal (split yellow lentils): 1/2 cup
• Onion: 1 (finely chopped)
• Ghee or oil: 1 tablespoons
• Salt: to taste
• Water: 4 cups
Instructions:
1. Rinse and Soak: Rinse the rice and moong dal thoroughly. Soak them together in water for 15-20 minutes and then drain.
2. Heat Ghee/Oil: In a pressure cooker, heat the ghee or oil.
3. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn
4. Combine Rice and Dal: Add the soaked rice and moong dal to the cooker. Mix everything together.
5.Cook Khichdi: Add 2 cups of water. Stir well and close the pressure cooker lid. Cook on medium heat for 3-4 whistles.
6. Once the pressure releases, open the cooker.
