Today you will learn an easy way to make the BEST TASTING Egg Muffins, a simple an easy recipe.

I added Canned sausage but you can add chicken or bacon. I hope you Enjoy this recipe!
Ingredients:
6 Medium Eggs
1/4 Cup Milk
1/2 Tea Spoon Sea Salt
1/4 Tea Spoon Black Pepper
1 Can Chopped Chicken Sausage
1 Cup Mixed Bell Peppers (Orange, Yellow, Green)
1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
1/4 Cup Chopped Tomato
1/4 Cup Shredded Carrot
1/4 Tea Spoon Black Pepper
1/4 Tea Spoon Sea Salt
1 Table Spoon Butter/Margarine
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
Green Onion to Garnish
Bake 15-20 minutes @ 350 degrees

These look great but you left way too much cheese in the little measuring cup. I never waste any ingredients. Food is too expensive these days!

It bothers me too to see bowls not scrapped out properly but I think it must be for speed of filming.
directions and inj. are not clear
I liked the recipe but you just showed the ingredients you did not tell the exact quantity of each ingredient .

You had me until the carrots and Vienna sausage popped up. Ewww
So wasteful
Looks good, but too labor intensive and another pan (a muffin pan no less) to clean. Unless you're catering a brunch, not worth it, as it's just glorified scrambled eggs/omelet/frittatas...
Besser ein Holzstäbchen verwenden,sonst zerkratzt man die Form😱🤯😭!!!
