How to make easy bubble sugar with glucose syrup
In this video I’m make this cute and easy bubble sugar garnish.
You can use it to make your desserts and cakes looks very cute and fancy and all it takes is just one ingredient GLUCOSE.
You can color them with any color of your choice or leave them plain.
So to make them you’ll need spatula,slipat/baking mat,and just spread the glucose in a thin layer and bake for about 30-1 hour depending on your oven temperature,when you see the bubbles starts to rise within that time space then it should be ready.
You can make this ahead of time,so you can use when you want to and it should stay up to 5days in an airtight container.

    At 140c And yes,allow it sit in the oven just a little bit before taking it out of the oven

    You can make a little cut on the spot you want to place it on the cake,so it stays in place properly

    Nope,store them in an airtight container. Layer each of the sugar glass with parchment paper

    @@BakewithFunmi It actually turned out great. You just are going to have to use a much shorter time in the oven about 20 minutes. There’s no need to go to all the trouble to spread it out just spread it out a little it takes care of itself in the hot oven. Plus corn syrup is much thinner and moves easier. I can send a picture of my results I just don’t know how to do that.
