Thanks that's really something, all this time I was under the impression that dried bamboo shoot are the same, but I know better now. Please if possible try to elaborate the uses of these different kinds. Thanks a lot once again.

Yes the juice extract of bambooshoot and paste from tender shoots are used for medicinal properties
