    "Gentle persuasion" is a necessary DIY method. We use it a lot lol. With all of the challenges, this turned out really well! Can't wait for part 2.

    I've got to do this for under our stairs, though I have a brick wall to knock out rather than plasterboard. Great video. Thanks for sharing

    Hitting things until they fit is just part of carpentry! You’ve obviously never nailed a stud wall in the wrong place and had to bash the crap out of it until it moves over!! 😄

    When you did all that rebuilding because the 4x2 studs were the wrong way up, you only gained the height of the 12mm shims under the wheels. I don't think I'd have bothered.

    You did a great job on the build but I am sorry to have to correct you. The back of a power drill is not a hammer and you should not mislead your viewers. It is obvious the back of a power drill is a mallet! Huge difference, sir. I am disappointed that you did not use it when you were using the punch or when beating the wood and dowels. LOL! Kidding aside, the build is looking very good. Love how you utilize the space under the stairs. looking forward to part 2

    That tracksaw really seems to be struggling.... probably time for a new blade. Key make some good ones. The last thing you want is for it to give you a kickback, then you'll be needing some new trousers too!

    Yeah I need to give all my blades a clean & swap out. Just changed the mitre saw & the track saw blade is next on the list!
