Hi if you forgot your payment password then you need to reset it and by that you’ll need to go through WeChat or you can just click on the visa thing instead of WeChat pay and proceed from there on

This happens sometimes and unfortunately, you can try to add a new card or make a new wechat account entirely. Without a Chinese bank account, you already have a very low threshold of using a foreign card. This number is not published, but usually less than $50.

You will need to use a Chinese freight forwarder to ship to your desired market. Essentially, buy on PDD -> sent to Chinese freight forwarder -> ship to your country. The shipping to your country is a seperate cost. PDD CANNOT directly ship overseas. Do you need contacts for this?

I’m not aware of it through Pindoudou but you can try out Boarderless commerce website I haven’t tried it out yet but you can buy without signing up on Pindoudou

Make sure to select PASSPORT, any other ID will not work unless you are a Chinese citizen with a Chinese ID card. Dont select anything else like HK, Macau..unless you are citizen from there.
