It is darkness sensor..the LED glew till untill your room get bright..
According to the the schematic diagram that was appeared in the video i draw it in proteus app and used a Torch LDR when i make the torch near to the LDR the LED-Blue glows and if i get it way the led extinguished so i think it becomes light sensor not darkness sensor what should i do?

Depending up on the ldr resistance we should increase or decrease the balancing resistance (R1) value

As i know, dark or light sensor depend on position of LDR n R1. Just exchange position of LDR n R1, it will become "dark / light changeable".

To make it a light sensor, should we just swap the position of the LDR and the 2.2K resistor?

Yes you need to balance the resistance of LDR and the external resistance

This is used for another circuit...circuit diagram will be changed.. you cannot use IC741 in this provided circuit diagram.
