250ml water 150g Toor Daal 150g Masoor Daal 1 tsp salt 1 tsp Tumeric - 3 whistles of pressure cooker, and leave to side Oil/Ghee as needed Pinch of cumin seeds Pinch chopped onions Half pinch green chilli Pinch chopped tomatoes 2 dried red chillies - Fry 20s 1 tbsp tumeric 1/2 tbsp coriander - Add Daal back in, with some water 1tsp salt

I think they add some kind of a tastemaker off camera, because if you make the same thing at home, it’s not as tasty.
