On this episode of The Fab Forums I make some more sheet metal parts for the Bibbster Hot Rod build.

Welcome to The Fab Forums. My name is Kyle Voss and I produce Custom Motorsports Fabrication content of all forms for you. Carbon Fiber, TIG Welding, Metal Shaping, Hot Rods, Muscle Cars, Custom Choppers, and everything in between. I work hard to bring you new content on a weekly basis.
Here are some of the builds you can find on this channel.
I have built several Chevy trucks on this channel. The first was my 1964 C10 named Crown Spoyal and the most recent C10 truck project was the 1969 I currently have named the Black Pearl.
I am also finishing up a custom twin turbo Ford Mustang build I call the Gray Goose. It’s a 400 cubic inch Windsor style engine with twin 70mm turbos. I am hoping to make around the 1000 horse power mark to the tires on this particular build.
Last but not least is the one off custom hot rod build called the Bibbster. This is what I call a modern day hot rod. It’s made from an old Ford Mustang foxbody, but made to look like an old school open wheeled hot rod.
I also feature other fabricators and shops like Cutworm Specialties hand formed aluminum wide body kit for a BMW e46. Jeb Greenstone has also built a twin turbo, coyote powered model A style hot rod from scratch, and is currently building a Toyota TE72 wagon drift car powered by a 1UZ Lexus v8. Jeb’s custom fabrication skills are fun to watch and always make for good videos.
Check out my playlist to see some or all of these builds.

I cannot wait to see this thing run!
Great video - just bought a couple of those clamps too. Thank you
Good job and good work! Not having any real “fab” experience, I am always in awe how people take a sheet and turn it into actual pieces that fit!!

Its one of my favorite things to watch. You are doing some serious sheet metal work and its just so cool because it all starts from a flat piece of metal and turns into awesome pieces, also i think quilting with the bead roller would look really nice. I cant wait to see what you end up doing with the body of the car when its further along. DO WORK SON! Cute kid too.

Killin it. I wish I had the tools you have. I'm doing what I do on a super tight budget. I'm slowly buying cheap (harbor frieght) tools and modifying them to make them do what I want. I have an okay mig weld machine and a very good tig weld machine. I just have to wire up my garage. Just bought the house in the spring so funds are tight. Keep doing what you do. I already had a plan ,but you inspire me to make it happen. 5/8th scale Ford 29 tudor rat rod.

Thought for a shirt. BUILS SOMPIN SON. with the BIB . Also, I do agree with the music change.
Fantastic video! it think the best part was showing "behind the curtain" for a bit with your son in the shop. in the future you could even show little projects that can get them interested in being in the shop. good job!

Cool video, cool son, cool planisher. I was wondering if you get a chance, can you go over the heim-end end mounts on the lower a-arms. (I think I could see a stanchion welded in their.?) I've never seen them used in the end like that and they look cool.... son.! Thank you Kyle.
Thx

I just started adding sheet metal to my front bumper. Got tired of cheap abs plastic yellowing and making my vehicle look like crap. Looks a lot better now. It’s better to do my own quality and style control than to wait on the factory to do it. Things get done that way.
Damn do work son! Nice work Kyle! Ps where is the goose? Haha

FWIW- I didn’t mind the ads one bit. Including the 6min at the beginning about the 5 or 6 lightest porches ever built. And I watched all the ads during your video. Get paid son! Bet you can’t wait for the new shop! Looks like you’ve pretty much got this one filled with big boy toys now. Time to spread it out and get down to doin even more work son! 👍🏻

What brand of welder is that in the background? Of your video?
Nice tool addition ... super nice panels! The boy stole the show for a moment there! LOL Oh .. the bike .. do you have a playlist of that build?!!? I'm wanting to do a pit bike soon!
