I see that the light is blinking, because it enters the half-wave, because you used a transistor NpN, I suggest you add another circuit with pnp transistors to enter the half-wave of another, so that the light does not flicker, just for experiment

I reproduced the circuit with the same transistors on a breadboard, but the LED is only on when I touch the antenna. Do I have to tune any resistor?
The coil at the top is not an antenna. It acts as one side of a capacitor. Meaning if u put a big piece of metal instead of the coil, the circuit will be more sensitive. Something like 3cm by 3cm piece of aluminium.
you used 2n2222 transistor for current detector .how about bc547 transistor?

Any npn transistor can be work . I use c1815

If you want to use 3v power supply don't use the resistors The 3 resistors is just for voltage bigger than 3v
