I needed a refresher and looked this up and watched this video and had the loops installed inside my clients wedding gown in less than 30 mins. Thank you so much for this. Would the corset not be structurally sound if I attached the corset loops to the corset without the boning? I'm nervous about sewing through the boning I have. It's plastic but i'm not sure what kind.

U don’t have to put the rigilene boning if u don’t want to. It just gives it a little more structure. The only boning u can sew on is rigilene boning not plastic boning. ❤️

Is the stitch line 1/4 or 1/8? When you placed your ruler at the stitch line it measured 1/8.

How much satin do you purchase to make a sew in corset ?

It depends if I’m make a size small or large and also depends on how many pieces I drape or depends how wide the fabric is some fabrics are 45” or 60” wide so about One to 1 to 1/2 yards

Cannot find the size of synthetic well bone is 1 cm too big

If u use a wider rigilene boning then then the length of the rope has to be a little longer than 2 1/4
I think that is centimeter not 1 inch.
