Excellent video. I don't go to Starbucks but every time I have a doctor's appointment in Miami I got to this small bakery and have a cheese danish and coffee. Love them and I wish I knew their name to give them props because they are so good. 🥰

They’re even easier than I imagined. I would have guessed there was an egg in the filling as well and that the puff pastry had to be docked and par baked before filling. Btw, I’m THRILLED that you’re using cm instead of inches. I’m 40 and I’ve been struggling to teach myself to think in metric. I’m a decade in and so far only weights are naturally metric. Learn it now and keep practicing!

I bet I could put some cherry pie filling in that and make a cherry Danish
