how to make Coin Molds - Trash to Tressure - Aluminium
Today I'll show you how I made my own coin molds
I use a mixture of clay (2 parts) and graphite powder (1 part).
il heated the molds in the oven for 1 hour 100 degrees as 2 hours 200 degrees and 2 hours 300 degrees, finally i put them in the melting furnace to heat it up to 1400 degrees
3 of them came out pretty well, I need another object to make more molds
I am very happy with the resault
I hope you enjoy it

Can charcoal/carbon be used in place of graphite?
Brilliant tutorial. I have a couple of questions. 1. Is that delft clay? 2. Could you explain the curing process in a bit more detail. Id love to try this idea out with silver.
how long do they last. are they hard like the ones you can buy? id like to try this and what kind of clay
