It has slightly more fat content by the same volume and its saturated fat is almost double that of the heavy cream but there is more to it. This video link addresses all that. [Edited. My favorite brand is the brown can from Thailand. I forgot the name of the brand.

Can I use whipped coconut cream as cake frosting? Or fill in between cake layers?

It's very lightweight, so cake layers might push it out the sides. But it would be great on top of a cake!

What brand (s) do not have a soapy off aftertaste? Amount of fat for whipping is good to know, but I have found none that are 'neutral" like regular dairy milk-Can you comment on the brands that are most neutral tasting? Thank you!

Well so delicious is sold out everywhere literally in my area so I went on KZread because ineed to fulfill my sweet tooth when doing this intermittent fasting I found substitutes work better over cold turkey. So I put 2 cans of 365 coconut cream in the fridge over night it was cream not milk I typed in milk and this came up so around 4pm I put both cans in the fridge and took out 4pm next day didn’t look like the video still cream didn’t separate however I mixed for 5 min and 😍 added monk fruit powered sweetener and vanilla and I’m satisfied.

I'm thinking that they (So-Delicious) are no longer making the coco-whip product. I've checked their website and it's not available. I look back and wish I would've stocked up on it..
