Does the insulation also help with the ice block from cracking? Thanks!

Cracks tend to happen when you shock the ice by exposing it to a very different temperature, if you leave the ice out on the bench a few minutes before using it that helps!

Just add a single little pumpat the top and no insolation and you will have a full clear block of ice

Honestly it’s best to go out and get a small cooler box, when I made this it was a long time ago and I didn’t have access to one. Now I can get one that works from Amazon for less than the parts to build one!
