How to make Chole | Punjabi Chole | Chana masala recipe | Chole masala recipe | Chickpea curry
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup dry chickpeas (kabuli chana) soak over night
2 big chopped onions
2 chopped tomatoes
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric (haldi) poder
1 bay leaf (tej patta)
1 cinnamon stick
2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 1/2 Tbsp chole or chana masala (you can get it in Indian grocery store)
salt as per taste
2 big spoon cooking oil
2 tsp kasuri methi (dry fenugreek leaves)
You can get all above ingredients in Indian grocery store.
