100g of heavy cream over low heat, add 30g sugar turn heat off before cream boils, add 130g high quality chocolate to bowl and cover with hot cream, add 30g of cocoa powder once chocolate melts. Mix in warm milk to your consistency then add cold milk when ready to drink.

I made your strawberry milkshake and the family loved it so this will be the next drink. Thank you for sharing.
