it's better using a baloon instead of a bowl, you can deinflate it, and not risk the chocolate breaking apart.

Have you tried dipping small blown up balloons in chocolate?...(oil the balloon a bit first, it will come out of the chocolate bowl, easier) ... Then stand them up in a blob of chocolate(maybe white), after about an hour, just poke the balloon... You have perfect little bowls...😊

I love how you show many versions using different tools. I found that chocolate pen in a store called Homesense here in Canada... they sell stuff from companies that are getting rid of things... anyway it was a great find. Do you work out of your own kitchen or is it a bakery?
