My family loves my cooking because of YT videos like this and the attention to detail. Make your own stock 1st, fresh corn, avocado, fry your own tortillas. I didn’t start cooking until 3 years ago. I was lost after having to retire, but cooking saved me. My family loves my cooking and it’s because I have an ability to find videos like this. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you. Looks very flavorful.Im at a loss for the right words to describe Your soup but please know my family agrees that this soup gets 5 stars. All fresh ingredients, great instruction, final taste test by 4 teenage boys and their grandpa give 5 stars for incredible taste. Thank you

This is one of my favorite soups. I am glad that you like the recipe.

I make the soup for my family because they love it so much. My neighbors are just now getting over Covid and I made this for them with all the extras. I feel like you have to have the fresh garnishes especially the avocado and freshly fried tortilla chips. They loved it. I’m so glad I found this recipe! Thank you!

@@LoungingwithLenny no I use Better than Bullion for the stock, i've never had much luck with making my own stock, it seems like a lot of work and ends up being watery.
