While biking, my friend show me an place where people are making charcoal. And I decided to document it, visiting the place everyday to look at the progress. I am curious because this is my first time to actually see a charcoal making process.
I was told that this is a different way of making it. another process is to make a pit in the ground and put the wood inside the ground with hay and soil.
I hope this short video will give an an idea how charcoal are made. And also we can see that this is not an easy livelihood.
I don’t know the people making it. I just ask permission to video the process. I heard they live in another village and they go there just to make the charcoal.
