Best way to cure tinnitus…….keep using the router without ear-pro. Takes a little while, but it definitely works

I just use a cutting disk for the radius 🤣

I'd say trims want soke pva on seen load shrink down in winter and be too short

Can I ask what type and size of router bit you use to cut out doors to accommodate T trim on door and T trim on opening .? thanks M

Hya. just found and subscribed. I'm not a router expert but I enjoyed watching you do this. I'm presuming you used 15mm ply? If I was to attempt this using a 9mm ply template to cut 18mm ply, what length of bit would you suggest to router out two doors like you showed here? You mentioned the width of the cut but not the depth of the cutter. Many thanks :) - Kenny

We love what we do, working would be no fun if we didn't enjoy it! We love that we can be creative and build things for people to just how they want it! Every job is different so never gets boring, obviously we don't enjoy the other side of running a business like taxes and vat!!!

These are made from high gloss cream lightweight plywood, held to the walls with kregs and to the celings with corner connectors

Where did you get the ali corner beading stuff from or is that from the same place as you got the lightweight ply?

You just use corner blocks to hold the whole cupboard up? This strong enough? I know people are unlikely to store really heavy stuff up there but just wondering how strong that actually is.

Hi guys n gals, Can you just use a jigsaw instead of a router? Trying to avoid buying a router, thanks.

Being less practiced, and prone to messing up; I'd have to put a shim on the off side of the router while cutting the door to prevent the router from tipping. Because, for me you know - it would. I was wondering if putting the slot cutting router in a table so you don't have to clamp the door down then take time to unclamp, reposition, reclamp. If the table surface was small enough you could grip the door on the edges so you had a proper grip. Being a wee bit older than you can say this (as in been there done that); get some hearing protection when using those machines. I prefer over the ear, but I got these molded units from Amazon for when I ride the motorcycle and tend to use them now (don't squish my head!). It does NOT affect the wife filter either. :^)

I needed ear defenders just watching so I think you guys should use them if you're doing this.
