How to make Brushed ESC for RC Plane in Hindi

Hello Doston,
Is video me maine ek Brushed ESC banaya hai. Ye ESC use karke maine N60 motor chalake dikhayi hai. App koi bhi DC Motor use kar sakte hai. Maine ye ESC RC Plane me use karneke liye banaya hai. Full component used are as follows

1) Attiny85
2) IRLB4132 MOSFET
3) 10K Resistor
4) 1K Resistor
5) 1N4007 Diode
6) Arudino Nano (Only for programming)
7) Jumper Wires
8) 5V converter
9) N60 motor with propeller

Mere paas 20A brushed esc hai, Lekin wo car ke hisab se chalta hai, throttle Center mei hone par motor stop hoti hai aur throttle Upar niche karne pe motor opposite direction mei ghumte hai
Can i use 180 motor on this esc
Can i use attiny 13a
Does this esc work with Kk2.1.4 flight controller
Sir can I use another mosfet..... Like I have a brushed esc.. and that is not working now.. So in this esc there I have got four mosfet which are very powerful..... So can I use them instead of your used mosfet....

bhai pehla vala code jo apne arduino me flash kiya hai vo code software me hi milega kya
Hi brother, You always use 10k resistor and 1k resistor for mosfet "L". I did the same with my arduino multiwii quadcopter and it could not reach the max throttle. Then I let mosfet alone and my drone (powered by 3.7v with dc-dc step-up voltage converter) can reach the max throttle and I've been doing some PID tuning only now. I use IRL520N mosfet.

Vai aap ney jis mosfet use kiya hey.. kya mey koi or mosfet use kaar sakta hu.. Like mere pass ek brushed esc hey jo aab kaam nehi karta hey... Or usme 4 mosfet hey.... Ussey mey bina koi chip use karkey esc banaya tha paar oh bohut hot ho jata hey.. or faat gaya... Kya mey oh mosfet use kar sakta hu... Or kya iss esc hot ho jati hey
Aisa wala ready made esc kahan milta hai ?

Sir kya mein iss esc par 7.4v 900 mah lipo battery use karke 180dc motor control kaar sakta hu.... Kya esc run kaar payega.. like garam to nehi hogaa....or mosfet kya dusri use kar sakta hu.. like Ap73t02gh mosfet.. Plz sir reply karo...
