completely oblivious recipe here in the states, but through the generosity of friends, I've come to love this! as you probably know, most here abhor any dish that incorporates blood in any respect. until I was introduced, I myself was on that long list. this recipe is as easy as can be so far, I'm looking forward to part 2, to understand the sausage aspect!? this is why I suggested to you I was lucky to find your site, no matter the "grumpiness". (I do attribute the find to my friends). for some reason they think you are omitting ingredients though, did I miss something? thank you, Chris

Hi! I am in Canada. I bought some chicken livers from the market and it was in a bag with a lot of blood. can I don with this? I added some blood when frying the livers and it had a blood sausage taste, was yummy! it's a couple days old though so I wasn't sure if it's okay to use?
