This recipe is amazing but the only thing is that it isn’t the proper blue curaçao syrup since you need curaçao not oranges.but this is an amazing alternative

So you can use after 3-4 weeks in refridgerator or you can use within 3-4 weeks

I made it, bt d cinnamon is over powering, can u gv tip to correct it.

You know, that blue food coloring ruins the spirit, but thanks for the rest of that info, I was wondering what that hint of licorice was in it? In your recipe there is definitely no licorice taste but it is there in the commercial syrups.

I'll answer my own question, the licorice taste I was getting from the off label brands is because they were using the peel of the bergamot orange, and it has a licorice type taste to it vs using other orange varieties. For some reason the blue food coloring gives me a headache, where as the clear version is perfect, just FYI
